Terms of Service

Effective date: April 15, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of AIVANU by students, institute representatives, and platform administrators. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform purpose

AIVANU provides structured tools for student growth, performance evaluation, project and resume workflows, coding practice, interview preparation, and support communication between learners, institutes, and authorized staff.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for account credentials and all actions under your account.
  • You must promptly report unauthorized access or suspicious account activity.

3. Acceptable use

  • No misuse of scoring, interview, leaderboard, or support systems.
  • No abusive, illegal, defamatory, or harmful content submissions.
  • No attempts to bypass role restrictions, security controls, or audit checks.
  • No automation intended to unfairly manipulate outcomes or disrupt service.

4. Student content and submissions

You retain ownership of original content you submit (for example projects and resume files). You grant AIVANU and authorized institute reviewers permission to process, display, and evaluate submitted content for educational workflows, moderation, and platform operations.

5. Scoring, rankings, and evaluations

Scores, streak rewards, and rankings are generated by platform rules and may be recalculated when data corrections, policy updates, or abuse-prevention actions are applied. Published metrics are performance indicators and not guarantees of admissions, employment, or placement outcomes.

6. Service availability and updates

We aim for stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be deprecated, or be released in phases. Planned and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to some modules.

7. Subscription and commercial terms

Certain paid plans and professional features may be marked as coming soon. Until commercial launch, references to subscription tiers are informational and do not create a billing obligation unless explicitly activated under separate purchase terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access for policy violations, fraud risk, security incidents, or legal requirements. Institutes may also request role or access changes for users within their cohort management responsibilities.

9. Liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, AIVANU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including lost opportunities, interrupted learning schedules, or third-party service outages.

10. Contact and updates

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@aivanu.education. We may update these Terms as the platform evolves; continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
